The Enhanced Services Commission serves in an advisory capacity to the City of Tempe and the Rio Salado Community Facilities District (CFD) regarding all policy matters affecting the District.  The The establishment of the Commission was memorialized in an Intergovernmental Agreement (C98-121), entered on June 19, 1998 by and between the City of Tempe and the Rio Salado Community Facilities District.

Rio Salado Enhanced Services Commission

This is the 1st quarter meeting of 2024 and it will be held in-person in Community Development at the City of Tempe with the hybrid option through Microsoft Team.

In-person we will meet in the Community Development Planning Lobby Conference Room, located at 31 E 5th Street, East Side Garden Level of City Hall, Tempe, AZ 85281. Parking is in the city garage on 5th Street and Forest. Community Development will validate parking for attending this commission meeting. 

Public comments may be submitted to sarah_adame-alcala@tempe.gov by 4:00 PM that evening of January 15, 2024.

THE PUBLIC CAN JOIN IN THE MEETING ON January 16, 2024 AT 8:30 AM.
