The department is comprised of the Water Utilities Division, Field Operations Division, which consists of Solid Waste Services and Fleet Services, and Engineering. 

Our mission is to deliver superior quality service by ensuring clean water, efficient removal of garbage and the use of renewable resources for a healthy, productive, safe and sustainable community.
