SECURE LOCKBOX RULES OF UNDERSTANDING

1. Participation in this program is purely voluntary.

2. You must provide key/keys to be placed into the lockbox.

3. Lockboxes remain property of the West and SouthEast REALTORS of the Valley (WeSERV}

4. Please contact Tempe Fire Medical Rescue Department, 480-858-7240 if:

a. The master locks or ownership changes.

b. A new key needs to be placed in the lockbox.

c. The lockbox is no longer needed you would like the lockbox removed.

Once this application is received by Monique Bonfiglio in Tempe Fire Medical Rescue Department. She will call you to set up an appointment to go over your application, sign the liability release, test your keys to make sure they work before placing them in the lockbox.
