Funding for this project is provided through Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) Design Assistance grant program. This project is the first step in the overall design process which will develop a project assessment report, cost estimate, and 15% preliminary design for a preferred alternative. Final design and construction funding has not yet been identified.
