Rebate Application Checklist:

  1. Review Rebate Terms and Conditions.
  2. Consider if your project qualifies for another rebate. Projects that include a smart controller update or irrigation system upgrade may qualify for the High-Efficiency Irrigation Rebate. Projects that include a landscape conversion may qualify for a landscape conversion rebate. A separate application is required for each rebate.
  3. Applicants must complete the self-paced, online Tree Care Class online. Applicants may alternatively choose to attend a workshop from the sustainable living workshop series in-person or virtually.
  4. Review the New Tree Care Guidelines.
  5. Review the list of approved trees on the Phoenix Active Management Area Low-Water-Use/Drought-Tolerant Plant List or the Landscape Plants for the Arizona Desert.
  6. Purchase your trees, retain a copy of the itemized receipt and install them promptly.
  7. Complete the workshop and Rebate Application Form within 90 days of the date listed on the itemized plant receipt(s).
