The Tempe City Council adopted Ordinance No. O2016.46 PDF on Aug. 18, 2016. 

Effective Jan. 1, 2017, on an annual basis, lobbyists must register and report on expenditures.  Please note that lobbyist registration and expenditure reporting is the responsibility of the lobbyist, not City of Tempe public officials or employees. City Clerk's Office staff is unable to render legal, financial or other professional advice.
