Introduction: Residents are encouraged to attend one of the two public meetings and provide feedback on the design for the Grand Canal Connection Project. The same information will be presented at both meetings.
Tempe is closing the gaps on the Grand Canal Multi-use Path with a project that will allow for continuous, low-stress, multi-modal travel, connecting the Grand Canal Path to the Rio Salado North Bank and Crosscut Canal paths. The project may include new off-street paths, buffered bike lanes, new sidewalks, lighting and rest nodes.
