Trees for Tempe 

I'm excited to launch a public-awareness campaign to promote tree-planting in Tempe!

In order to meet our City goal of a 25% tree and shade canopy in Tempe by 2040, we're going to need help. That's where you come in.

The City of Tempe has a Cost Match Tree Program, which provides 50% of the cost of a 15-gallon or 24” boxed-sized tree for single family residents in Tempe. .

Treebate is a program where Tempe provides up to $75 toward the purchase of desert-adapted plants installed on a Tempe Single Family Residential property each fiscal year (July 1-June 30).

Did you know? You can also help us plant a tree on City property! Check out our Living Tree Donation Program, which allows you to donate to have a tree planted in the City park of your choice.
