All speakers are expected to observe common standards of decorum and courtesy. Personal, impertinent, or slanderous remarks, including profanity, are prohibited, as is any disorderly conduct that disrupts, disturbs, or otherwise impedes the Council Subcommittee meeting. Becoming boisterous while addressing the Subcommittee is prohibited. Any conduct that disrupts, disturbs, or otherwise impedes the Subcommittee meeting will be grounds, at the discretion of the Subcommittee Co-Chair, for ending a speaker’s time.
