After the Connect series, employees will move to the Rise track which allows the freedom to explore professional development aligned with their goals. Rise includes trainings from all elements of the Capabilities Model and is offered both on-demand and in-person. Here are some examples of the classes in the Rise track.
In-Person Learning
Getting Things Done
This training teaches a powerful approach for mastering workflow, which is based on David Allen's New York Times bestselling book Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-free Productivity. GTD will help you transform the way you engage with the vast amount of stuff that you encounter from day to day (e-mails, notes, to-dos, tasks) and you'll learn habits to capture all these things effectively, make quick decisions that lead to action, and develop a personalized, trusted organizational system.
Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue
Crucial Conversations gives people the skills to step into disagreement - rather than around it - and turn disagreement into dialogue for improved relationships and results. You'll walk away with nine (9) skills you can immediately apply to your professional and personal life to work through disagreement and achieve better results.
On-Demand Trainings
Guest Encounters Series
The Guest Encounters series is a self-driven training solution designed to improve customer service delivery based on Hall of Fame Speaker and Customer Service Expert Laurie Guest’s years of experience and knowledge. Featuring over two dozen exclusive lessons built from real-life examples, practical points of view, combined with proven action steps for each one, this program is designed to be simple to navigate and put into practice.
The Rise track is relevant for an employee's entire career, but many choose to explore the Lead Track.
