Onboard
Onboard is the performance and feedback tool for new employees. This tool is designed to integrate new employees into Tempe culture, align expectations and ensure new employees are prepared for their roles.
Individual Quality Improvement Process (IQIP)
The IQIP is designed to provide 360 feedback, opportunities to goal set and a path for career planning.
360 Feedback
Both employees and supervisors have opportunities to give and receive feedback throughout the process. Employees are primarily responsible for their own IQIP and take the lead on many of the tasks. Supervisors will continually guide employees through the journey and provide feedback on the rating step using the Tempe Capabilities Model.
Goal Setting
At the heart of the IQIP process, goal setting is where employees can explore organizational goals, team goals or focus on individual goals.
Career Planning
At the center of the Capabilities Model and the IQIP is the development of employees. During the process, employees are encouraged to seek opportunities to build skills through training and continuing education. Whether an employee wants to stay in the same job for a long time to come or prepare for future opportunities, the IQIP is the perfect tool to map out the path.
