Employment Law Notices

The U.S. Department of Labor requires that every government employer provide and post workplace labor law posters in conspicuous places where they are easily viewable by employees such as common areas or breakrooms. In addition, the required posters are to be made available electronically for employees to access and review.

The Department of Labor requires that each work location have the most up-to-date version posted in a conspicuous location. Department Liaisons are to print and post in a common area where employees and applicants for employment can view them. If you have any questions about the posters, please contact Human Resources.
