Customer Services processes utility billing for water, sewer and solid waste services.

Tempe wants to remind customers that there are many ways to pay your utility bill, including 24/7 options.

  • You can pay online anytime. There is no charge for credit card payments. 
  • You can pay by phone - 480-350-8361.  
  • You can pay by drop box or by mail

Need help paying your bills? Tempe's resource navigators are here to help you with a variety of needs, such as rental and utility assistance, childcare, basic food and hygiene items and assistance with state applications such as SNAP. If you are a new customer (at a rental property) you can email a copy of your lease before signing up. You can also call 480-350-8361 to pay the deposit.

How to Create an Account
