If you are wanting to submit a request to withdraw from an activity or transfer to another activity, please fill out and submit the online form below.  This request should be submitted as least seven (7) business days in advance of the activity start date.  Your request will be directed to the Coordinator/facility responsible for the activity.  If you are looking for a more immediate response please contact the Coordinator/facility overseeing the activity directly.

Please note requests are subject to review for approval and may take up to several business days.  Any approved requests may be subject to a refund fee.  If you have any questions you may contact the City of Tempe Parks and Recreation Division at 480-350-5200.  If you know the Coordinator or facility responsible for the activity that will help direct your call to the right location.

If you are requesting a withdrawal and refund please select if you would like to have the refund issued back to the original form of payment or if you would like to receive a credit on your account to be used for a future registration.  These requests are subject to Coordinator approval.

Refunds to a credit card can take up to 5-7 business days to reflect on your credit card statement.  Original payments done using cash or credit on an account will be issued back via a check refund and can take up to two weeks to process and mail out.  Credits issued to your City of Tempe ActiveNet account are available for use with future online registrations and transactions at https://activenet.active.com/tempeopportunities.
