Funding for capital projects is prioritized based on:

1. Public Health & Safety
2. Existing Assets (i.e. taking care of what we have)
3. Customer Enhancements
4. System Expansion and New Amenities

 A condition rating of the assets in each park is used to allocate capital improvement dollars for park projects primarily in numbers 1 and 2.
