Moeur Park is now open!

Construction at Moeur Park began in March 2023 and was completed June 2023. 

The components of the project restored include raised planters, planter borders, stairs, benches, tables, ramadas, retaining walls, irrigation, lighting, and the hilltop ramadas on the non-preserve-section of the park as well as necessary ADA improvements . 

The improvements will be funded partly from the city’s Capital Improvement Program budget, as part of the Parks Improvement Plan, which is reinvesting more than $60 million into Tempe parks. Additional funding will come from a Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) grant.
