To make your visit more enjoyable, please be aware of the following pool safety rules:

Children seven (7) years and under must be within arm's reach in the pool by someone at least 16 years of age with a ratio of 1 adult to 4 children
Only U.S. Coast Guard Type I, II, III Approved Life Jackets are permitted in the wave pool
No outside food is permitted in the pool area
Swimsuits are required; street clothes will not be permitted

Waves

Splash in the indoor, heated pool, featuring 3 foot waves in varying patterns.

Admission:

Under 2 years: Free

2-12 years: $4

13+ years: $5

Tube Rentals:

Single tube: $5

Double tube: $8

Schedule: Summer wave season has ended.

Please join us for Winter Waves Dec. 27-29, 2024, from 1-5 p.m. The pool will also be open for calm water open swim Mondays through Thursdays, Oct. 7-Nov. 21, 5-8 p.m. See more details in the “Kids Swim Free” tab below.

Winter Waves | December 27-29

Lap and Open Swim

Kiwanis Indoor Pool is open year-round* for lap swim and open swim.

Lap swimming is available in the deep end of the pool with seven lanes
Calm water open swimming in the 0-4 foot shallow area of the pool.

Morning Lap Swim hours:

Effective July 22
Tuesday: 7-10 a.m.
Wednesday: 7-10 a.m.
Thursday: 7-10 a.m.
Saturday: 8-11 a.m.

Evening Lap Swim hours:

*The pool will close at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 24th for staff training.

*Effective September 20th, Tuesday and Thursday lap lanes will be available at 5:30 p.m. There are no lanes available from 5:00-5:30 p.m.

Water Fitness

Water Fitness Sessions

Kiwanis offers two types of water fitness classes:

Shallow Water: walking, running, jumping and a variety of aerobic movements are performed in the shallow end of the pool to increase heart rate and provide a cardiovascular and strength training workout. A variety of equipment is used for conditioning and total body toning.
Aquatics High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): all levels HIIT class provides a high cardiovascular workout with low impact on joints. It's the ideal way to cross-train from your high impact/hard-hitting land workouts and still get a great cardio and strength session. Try some plyometric squats, round house kicks and speed bag punches.

Classes are 60 minutes and you must be 15 years or older to attend.
