CARE 7 provides service coordination and navigation for anyone who has served in the U.S. military (Veterans), regardless of discharge status or VA eligibility. A staff member trained in military navigation is available to walk veterans through services that meet basic needs, such as housing, employment, benefits, mental health and substance abuse services, and counseling. Additionally, staff provides encouragement and support to struggling veterans, as they navigate difficult systems. CARE 7 is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Veteran services are available upon request, at no charge to residents of Tempe.
