Personal, impertinent, or slanderous remarks, including profanity, are prohibited, as is any disorderly conduct that disrupts, disturbs, or otherwise impedes the Historic Preservation Commission meeting. Becoming boisterous while addressing the Commission is prohibited. Any conduct that disrupts, disturbs, or otherwise impedes the Historic Preservation Commission meeting will be grounds, at the discretion of the Commission Chair, for ending the speaker’s time.
