The City of Tempe has negotiated great rates with a landscaping company on behalf of our residents. Take advantage of the city’s contract to keep your yard maintained and in compliance with Tempe’s city codes.

Rates vary depending on the size of a yard and whether it is grass or desert landscaping, but prices start as low as $62.00 a month. These rates are generally lower than what most people could get independently due to the quantity of work anticipated by the landscape company. Residents using this service are requested to sign up for a year.

Note: The participating landscape company is not employed by, or providing services on behalf of, the City of Tempe.  The company is an independent contractor that has agreed to perform certain landscape services for Tempe residents at a negotiated rate.  Residents that desire to take advantage of these rates must contact the landscaping company directly. Residents should request the Tempe Landscape Referral rate. 

The City of Tempe is not party to any contract between the resident and the participating landscape company.  The City of Tempe does not guarantee or warranty the work of the company in any manner.
