Program Summary:

This program provides the Community Enhancement staff an opportunity to assist residents in understanding the City Code and how the violation process is carried out. Residents may be hand selected by the Community Enhancement Manager to meet one on one or in small groups and learn about what information is most beneficial when reporting a Code violation, what to look for when identifying violations, and how to best submit complaints.
