OUR WORKGROUP
The City of Tempe's Project Assistance workgroup includes highly-skilled staff members with experience in building safety, planning, land use, and more. These Project Coordinators walk projects of all sizes through the many stages required to go from rendering to reality. Our team can help navigate building, planning, engineering, environmental and fire codes, submittal requirements, and more.
Project Assistance serves as the single point of contact for plan review, permitting, and inspection. These Project Coordinators work in collaboration with the Planning Division for new building projects requiring a public entitlement process creating a smooth transition into the plan review and inspection process. There is no additional cost for this service.
