Based on resident request, the City of Tempe is considering the installation of speed cushions along Libra Drive between McClintock Drive and Watson Drive. Based on the City’s review, the corridor has met the criteria for traffic calming outlined in the City of Tempe Neighborhood Traffic Calming Guide. The city is surveying the Optimist Park neighborhood in order to determine if there is neighborhood support for the installation of speed cushions.
