Based on resident request, the City of Tempe is considering the installation of speed cushions along Broadmor Drive between Mill Avenue and College Avenue. Based on the City’s review, the corridor has met the criteria for traffic calming as outlined in the City of Tempe Neighborhood Traffic Calming Guide. The city is surveying the properties outlined below in the neighborhoods of Broadmor Place and Alameda Estates in order to determine if there is neighborhood support for the installation of speed cushions.
