    The pilot program grant provides funding to property owners to build a new 7-foot contiguous arterial wall along major streets. To qualify, the wall must require significant structural repair as identified by the city, be located on a major arterial street frontage, and the property owner must clear a minimum 5-foot work zone behind the existing wall within their property to allow for construction. The project must include a minimum of 2 adjoining residential properties and the grant requires 100% property owner agreement to replace existing walls. Design options will be provided by the city.
