A Message from the Presiding Judge of the Tempe Municipal Court:
Welcome to the Tempe Municipal Court website. The Tempe Municipal Court has jurisdiction over civil and criminal traffic violations, other criminal misdemeanors, including City Ordinance and State law violations, and protective orders within the City of Tempe. This website is designed to help you navigate your way through the Tempe Municipal Court with regard to practical information such as the hours of Court operation, how to pay a fine, paperwork for requesting protective orders, as well as basic information on what happens if you have been charged with a criminal offense. The website also provides links to other court and law-related sites and programs.
Tempe Municipal Court is committed to providing the community with an independent judiciary that serves the public by the fair and impartial administration of justice resulting in the enhancement of public trust and confidence in the court system.
