Information about the Tempe Citizens’ Panel for Review of Police Complaints and Use of Force, including composition and duties, is outlined in the Tempe City Code.  Tempe Police Department staff administers the Panel.

PLEASE NOTE:  The Tempe Police Department is accepting new applications for the Tempe Citizens’ Panel for Review of Police Complaints and Use of Force, to fill vacancies on the Panel.  To apply, fill out the Citizens’ Panel for Police Review Questionnaire (PDF) and submit your completed application to: Tempe City Clerk, PO Box 5002, Tempe, AZ 85280, or email to clerk@tempe.gov.
