The Civil Division is responsible for providing legal services to City departments, boards, and commissions, as well as the Mayor, City Manager, and City Council. Other services include:

    • Civil litigation representation for city in state and federal court 
    • Legal forms review (bids, contracts, ordinances, etc.) 
    • Ordinance interpretation
