Make your very own Steampunk inspired hat that mixes time periods and styles from the Victorian era to mechanical technologies from the industrial revolution and futuristic elements from science fiction books and film. This year’s event features guest artist Philip Steverson who will share his knowledge and love of 2nd hand textiles, thrifting and creative re-imagining.
