Join sound healer and musician, Brittany Sharp for some much needed relaxation and wellness practice. Let this be the thing you do for yourself this weekend. Brittany, also known as “Big B”, will guide participants through an exploration of holistic meditation, healing and transformation. Though the use of musical instruments like crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, flow chimes, ocean drums, hoop drums, and tingshas, Brittany will help you find a safe space in your personal practice for experiencing profound relaxation.
A session at 10:30 am is also available. Space is limited and participants are encouraged to choose one of two timeslots. Please bring your own yoga matt and pillow. TCA has a limited number of blankets available too.
