Awards celebrating excellence in arts and culture by recognizing individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to arts and culture in Tempe.

Awards will be distributed by Mayor and City Council at the event.

The Tempe Arts & Culture Awards are a partnership between the Tempe Arts & Culture Commission and the City of Tempe.

The Tempe Arts and Culture Commission (TACC) advises the City Council, through the Community Services Department:

• in the development of periodic updates to the Arts and Culture Plan and any subplans thereto and promotes such plans;
• supports the City’s General Plan goals relating to arts and culture and encourages diverse citizen participation in arts and culture programs and initiatives;
• advises City staff on arts and culture programs, projects, policies, and initiatives.
