The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Tempe (“IDA”) promotes economic development in the City by its function of serving as the conduit municipal bond issuer in qualified private activity bond transactions. (Resolution No. 1615, adopted July 10, 1980)

Industrial Development Authority of the City of Tempe Board of Directors Meeting

The Board of Directors of The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Tempe, Arizona, will meet in open session at 10:00 a.m., Mountain Standard Time, on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at the Tempe Public Library, 2nd Floor Board Room, 3500 South Rural Road, Tempe, Arizona 85282.

The following Agenda lists the matters to be discussed, considered or decided at the meeting:

1.   Call to the public.

2.   Approval of the May 16, 2022 Tempe IDA Board meeting minutes.

3.   Board Officer Election.

4.  Discussion of matters relating to the Application of ACCEL for Revenue Bond Financing for the ACCEL facility located at 5301 S. McClintock Drive, Tempe, Arizona 85283 (the "Project") and matters related thereto.

5.  Consideration and possible adoption of a resolution granting final approval for and authorizing the sale and issuance of one or more series of tax-exempt and/or taxable Education Facility Revenue Bonds (ACCEL Schools Project), Series 2022 in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $4,500,000 to finance the Project; authorizing the execution and delivery of various documents related thereto; consenting to the distribution of an offering document in connection therewith; ratifying certain actions heretofore taken in connection with the bonds and authorizing other actions necessary in connection with the issuance of the bonds.
