Connecting those in need with those who care.  Tempe Community Council (TCC) is a nonprofit human service planning agency for Tempe, Arizona and the surrounding communities. 
TCC serves as the Human Service administrator and  planner for the City of Tempe.

Funds contributed to the Tempe Community Council/Tempe Community Foundation may be used and/or distributed when and as Tempe Community Council deems appropriate, in its sole discretion, in furtherance of growing human service funds for Tempe.
