Facility Use Policies & Room Reservations

After Hours Special Events:
The Pyle Adult Recreation Center is available for use for special events. All special events must be held Friday and Saturday evenings, or on Sundays. Please allow 30 days for reservation processing. Requests involving alcohol must be made 60 days in advance and will be required to go through a Special Events Task Force. All requests must be made by Tempe residents.

Meeting rooms:
Meeting rooms are available Monday-Saturday during normal business hours. Only not-for-profit organizations may request rooms, and the Tempe contact person must be present during all meetings.
