Kid Zone School Year Payment Options

Monthly

 Individual payment booklets will be issued to each participants. Payment can be mailed to the address on the payment slip or paid at the Tempe Community Services Department. Payments are due by the first of each month. The corresponding payment slip must accompany each payment. Payment stubs in the payment booklet should be filled out when a payment is made and kept for Income Tax purposes. Payments will not be accepted at the program site.

Part Time & Morning

Parents whose children participate on a part-time basis in the afternoon program, less than 5 days per week or in the morning program only will be issued individual payment booklets. Payments will be due Monthly. Payments can be mailed to the address on the payment slip or paid at the Tempe Community Services Department.

Payment Options

& Late Fees

Payments can be made by mail, brought to the Kid Zone business office, autopay or dropped off in the red Kid Zone drop box in front of the Library

Payments are considered late if received after the 5th calendar day of each month and a $15 late payment fee will be accessed.

Autopay accounts that are declined after the 5th calendar day of each month will be assessed a $15 late payment fee.

Parents may chose to have their credit or debit cards automatically charged every month on the payment due date in lieu of using the payment booklet... a great way to avoid late payments. An authorization form is required for this payment option. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discovery Card.  

The City of Tempe Community Services Department is not responsible for maintaining individual tax records and information.
