Water Quality Reports also called Consumer Confidence Reports (CCR's) are annual brochures sent to every water utility customer to explain the local water quality issues for the previous year. Tempe will mail the water quality reports to their customers, and will take steps to get the information to people who do not receive water bills, such as individual apartment residents by July 1st of each year.

The report for the previous calendar year is scheduled for delivery in May of the next year. For example 2012 report will be available in May of 2013.
