Miscellaneous Fees

Fee Name	Amount	Description
Document Retrieval	$0.25 per page	For each request for records, if documents are still available. Request may require legal approval. Payable prior to legal retrieval.
Finders Fee	$10 first time $20 each additional	Charged to each account when a parent fails to notify staff of a child's absence and Missing Child Procedures need to be completed.
Late Payment	$20	Assessed to payments not received by the 5th of every month.
Late Pick Up	$10	Assessed for every 15 minutes for any pick-up that occurs after 6pm.
Registration Fee	$50	Non-Refundable fee per child to be paid at time on registration.
Reinstatement Fee	$10	Assessed to each child previously withdrawn and requesting to re-enter the program within same year.
NSF Fee	$25	Assessed after a returned check.
Schedule Change Fee	$10	Assessed after 4 schedule changes per year.
