The success of last year's Geeks' Night Out led to an expansion of the fun to an entire week of fun, not just on Mill Avenue but throughout the city!

Tempe Public Library
Geoff Notkin of The Science Channel show, Meteorite Men, will speak about his experiences in hunting meteorites around the world and teach some of the tricks to finding them. Thursday, Feb. 21, 3 p.m.
University of Advancing Technology will unveil its Ultrasketch video game at the Tempe Public Library. Play games on this giant 8' tall video game that is centered on life in Tempe. Throughout March
Tempe Chamber of Commerce
Join Tempe Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, Feb. 21, as it partners with the Arizona SciTech Festival for a special Hot Topics and Lunch. Ariel Anbar, an ASU professor and biogeochemist will present an entertaining and informative look at the past and future evolution of the Earth as a habitable planet and explain how this knowledge helps the search for other inhabited worlds. Hot Topics and Lunch is sponsored by SRP.
The event will be held Feb. 21, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Twin Palms Hotel, 225 E. Apache Blvd., with catering provided by Special Moments. To register, call (480) 967-7891 or go to www.tempechamber.org.
