Art on Utility Boxes & Library Cards

Six local artists provided six different card designs and painted a utility box depicting the uniqueness of Arizona and Downtown Tempe. These boxes are located on Mill Avenue between Rio Salado Parkway and 7th Street. The cards have a keytag component and are available for free at the Tempe Public Library.
