Tempe Police Appeal for Public’s Assistance in Locating Missing 79 Year Old Man

On May 17 at approximately 8:30 a.m., 79 year old Richard Foulk was last seen by a family member at his residence in the 600 block of W. Strahan Drive in Tempe. Police are working to located Richard, who suffers from mild dementia and Alzheimer’s. Richard takes prescribed medications; he has missed a dose of medication already today, which compounds the criticality of this situation.
Hospitals, Fire Departments, Transit, and partner Law Enforcement agencies have been alerted by Tempe Communications staff and police continue to search for Richard.
