The Diversion Program works in partnership with the Tempe City Courts, Prosecutors Office and Police Department to provide the following community based programs of redirection:

HB2643 Screening Program
Probation
Social Host Ordinance Program

All participants are placed in a positive, meaningful program of redirection and are overseen by Master’s level therapists as they complete their program requirements.
