To manage your library account or to reset your PIN:
Go to the Library Account Login page at https://catalog.tempe.gov/patroninfo or click on "My Account" where it appears in the Tempe Public Library web page. Log in with your name, Tempe Public Library card number, and PIN.
If you have forgotten your PIN:
Click on "Forget your PIN?" at the foot of that same Account Login page.
- If your account includes a valid email address you can request a new PIN using this form.
- If we don't have your email address, please call the Library at 480-350-5500 during normal business hours to request a new PIN.
