To start water and sewer service or to transfer service please call Customer Services and a representative will be happy to assist you (480) 350-8361. Customer Services requires a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice to make changes to service.

Our office is located at 20 E. Sixth Street
, First Floor, on the northeast corner of Mill Avenue and Sixth Street, just west of City Hall.
Hours are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except the following 2013 holidays:
