Redevelopment of NEC of Broadway & Rural for Panda Express
The Neighborhood Meeting is to review an Amended Planned Area Development Overlay request for a proposed +/-2,546 sf. Panda Express Restaurant at 908 East Broadway Road. The +/-0.47 acre vacant site is the northeast corner of Broadway and Rural where an AM/PM market was located. The development will also request a Use Permit (to allow a drive-through in the CSS District), a Development Plan Review (for building, site and landscape design) and a Preliminary and Final Subdivision Plat (to unify two parcels and dedicate land to public right of way). The Neighborhood Meeting is to be conducted ahead of Public Hearings for this case including February 12, 2013 (Development Review Commission) and March 7 & 21, 2013 (City Council)
