Nutritious Cooking and Healthy Eating by Whole Foods

Whole Foods is offering a series of nutritious cooking classes at the library. The first class happens at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, on Sept. 24.
On the last Tuesday of each month, the chefs at Whole Foods will prepare two or three recipes featuring one seasonal, nutritious ingredient, and teach people the healthful value of that ingredient and how to prepare it. Yes, there will be samples. The classes are free in the community room.
