Certified Public Manager (CPM) Program
The CPM program is a professional, national certification designed to help government organizations develop middle and top-level management teams capable of successfully managing changing roles and resource challenges. Participants enjoy networking and learning practical management skills from instructors who are leaders in Arizona government. CPM is a 12 month program offered by ASU - Bob Ramsey Executive Education Programs.
The CPM Education Partnership is administered by Tempe Learning Center.

FEES: Course fees are paid utilizing the paaticipating employee's tuition reimbursement benefit funds.
SELECTION: City of Tempe participants are selected through an annual competitive application process during the Fall.

Associates Degree in Applied Sciences
Currently, Tempe Learning Center sponsors an education partnership with Rio Salado Community College for employees to earn their Associates Degree.
