Yoga

This class is for ALL ability levels new and experienced alike! Class is led by an experienced instructor who can adapt the class to your ability level.

Yoga is designed to introduce students to basic sitting and standing yoga poses that help to increase flexibility, improve balance and stretch the body. Simple breathing and relaxation techniques will be taught to all students. Advanced techniques will be taught based on student's ability and progression. Those requiring personal assistance must come with his/her own aide. Equipment is provided or you can bring your own.

Mondays • 4-5pm • April 8 - May 20
fee: $15 • reg. code: 34101 • for ages 13+

Yoga is held at the Clark Recreation Center, 1730 S. Roosevelt St. (north of Broadway Rd., between Mill Ave. and Priest Dr.)

Zumba

Zumba is a high-energy, cardio workout that incorporates unique moves with upbeat Latin and international music. This class is designed for ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS and helps you reach healthy goals by using easy-to-follow dance steps in a fun environment! This class is designed for individuals with developmental disabilities. Those needing extra supervision must provide his or her own aide.

Tuesdays • 4:00-4:45pm • April 2 - May 21
