The Kiwanis
Recreation Center invites you to use our fitness center to improve your
health and wellness. The fitness facility includes cardiovascular and
strength training equipment, plus group exercise, personal training and
sports programs for the entire family.
The Fitness Center contains over 16 pieces of cardiovascular and
strength equipment to aid you in your fitness goals. In addition, there
are free weights ranging from 5-50 pounds, exercise mats, stability
balls, balance rollers, and circuit steps available. Group exercise
classes include Pilates, Yoga/Pilates combo, Stretching and Yoga.
Three Ways to Participate
The Kiwanis Fitness Center supports all levels of fitness goals by
allowing daily use, punch cards, or unlimited use packages with no
contracts or joining fees. Our certified fitness staff is always ready
to assist you, and personal training is available upon request.
Free Personalized Orientation
Our certified fitness staff will show you how use all of the equipment
in our cardiovascular and weight training areas. This orientation is
required for all who wish to use the fitness room, and will take
approximately 30 minutes. |
