Recreation/Education Program Leader
($8.25/hour)

Community Center is a multi-generational community
center located in Tempe. We are currently hiring for
Recreation / Education Program Leader positions. Employees are
responsible for leading recreation and education
activities for youth, ages 6-18. Duties include supervising
youth center,
gymnasium, and Tempe Library computer lab.
Program hours are:
Monday-Thursday, 11am-9pm,
Friday 11am-8pm,
Saturday 10am-5pm,
Sunday 1pm-6pm.
If hired, all employees must attend staff orientation, CPR training, monthly part-time staff meetings and work occasional special events.

Hours worked per week will depend on
applicant's availability. Preferred applicants
will have experience working with
youth in an educational or recreational setting. College
coursework in recreation or education or related field
is desirable, but not required. CPR certification
is also requested.
