Candidates running for political office in the City of Tempe who receive contributions or make expenditures, in any combination, of at least $500 in connection with that candidacy must file a Statement of Organization and quarterly Campaign Finance reports.

Initiative, Referendum and Recall packets may be obtained via appointment with the City Clerk’s office by emailing clerk@tempe.gov OR calling (480) 350-8242 and leaving a detailed message indicating they are interested in receiving information about the Initiative, Referendum, or Recall process.
